May Magic

May is magic in Newfoundland and Labrador with Wildland Tours. Most years we enjoy giant Greenland icebergs calved from the same glacier as the iceberg that sunk the titanic. Newfoundland and Labrador provides easy access to the hemisphere’s largest icebergs.

May Magic with Wildland Tours features small groups exploring the coast at a great time for watching moose, caribou, puffins, other seabirds and icebergs.

May Magic with Wildland Tours features a visit to the world’s most southerly caribou herd just south of St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada. During May Magic inclusive holidays with Wildland Tours, we enjoy visits to huge seabird colonies. This bunch of small group holiday travellers are enjoying one of the world’s most spectacular and accessible seabird colonies.

Guest on our Wildland Tours' May Magic escorted tour program enjoy viewing huge numbers of puffins, razorbills, thick-billed murres and other seabirds from May 1 to the start of our Newfoundland Wildlife Adventures in June.

Guests on our Wildland Tours' May Magic itineraries enjoy exploring scenic Newfoundland fishing communities to learn about the culture and fishing traditions. Guests in St. John's on our Newfoundland Adventure stay at the lovely Quality Harbourview — a new and well situated downtown hotel. Sometimes you can see whales in the distance while enjoying the delicious breakfast.
